Louisiana Medicaid increases productivity and reduces travel time with GoToAssist

Louisiana Medicaid, a provider of healthcare services to 1.2 million Louisiana residents, relies on GoToAssist to deliver remote IT support to contractors and at-home workers. Now the IT team can spend less time traveling from site to site and more time focusing on solving IT issues.
