I actually kinda like how criminal NPC's are foul-mouthed in this translation; it makes the whole game feel that much more believable and realistic, because ruffians and outlaws do often talk like that.

@Laurelindo I like that too. It adds a bit of personality to some NPCs. So many NPCs are boring and bland but adding a different type of talking style is really nice.

Bianca is able to use that power because she is a descendant of the previous legendary hero, who is the hero of Dragon Quest 4. At least in the DS version.
