I hate to make you sadder, but there were actually 3 F1 races in the United States, The USA West in Long Beach, the USA East in Detroit, and the Caesar's Palace GP in Las Vegas. That is why I hate Bernie

@NASCARfan22k I don't think anyone needs to argue with obvious troll. He deleted his account.

@TheZonda5002 ground-effect cars had small wings as they didnt need the extra downforce and the drag that comes with it, flat floor cars had big wings because they had no ground effect to suck them to the ground

What if you want a smart phone or television with a big discount? See what I found on this video. You can get these at a massive discount online.

"11 tonnes" rather than 12" WTF? If an F1 car weighed that much it would be equivalent to 2 semi trucks with trailers attached.

Well, even if they had 3 races in the USA today I doubt the American public would watch it on tv, heck not even Indycar does get a fraction of the viewers Nascar gets. It seems like a lost market, for anything but possibly California or the East Coast. This new racetrack in Austin, Texas seems like it was "money talks" for Bernie Ecclestone all over again. I hope I am proven wrong.
Also, Mario Andretti was champion in 1978 and still pulled a huge crowd in the early 80's.
What a great race by Alboreto! But the circuit was really a bad joke.

As Murray Walker said on Lap Of The Gods "Why America keeps going to street circuits when they have amazing circuits like Road America is beyond me".
It wasn't those exact words but he hit the nail on the head.

This comment has received too many negative votes show
The United States has their own auto racing series. It's called NASCAR. Get over it, F1 fans.
