Help feral cats-how does it feel?

Don't kill cats! You're supposed to get them fixed, and re-release them so they hold the territory!

Cats are beautiful creatures and TNR works!

It constantly amazes me how ignorant some people can be. All you have to do with feral cats is to trap, spay/neuter and release. Then they can continue to live a normal life, and reduce the amount of feral cats. I believe that humans pose the bigger risk to the enviroment, especially the stupidity that is certain individuals. There is NEVER a reason to kill something for "population" control" that is the biggest joke ever. If I have severe people problems, what should I do about that?

Exactly!!!! I have severe cat problems. Thesew people do not realize the damage these animals do.

Oh... & rabbit & hare & rat & squirrel (I believe they [squirrel] have been eradicated now, hooray).

If it is a feral species, then YES, I would shoot trap or poison it. Ferals are called that because they are unwelcome & destructive pests which must be eradicated.
That is one of the ways in which I CONTRIBUTE to the ecological wellbeing of this country. (Australia's feral animal problem is MASSIVE, & cats are a MAJOR part of it, just in case you didn't know) How are you contributing?

I do not live in australia and no I dont know of your problems, but how do you know lets take cats as an example. How do you know if the cats are not owned by people. I dont know about your place but up here you could get into curt just to own a weapon, but if you shoot someones pet then you'll be in a lot of trouble.

Anyone who abuses animals will get theirs one day.
