Visit the Capital City Farmers Market in Montpelier, Vermont and see New England Culinary Institute Chef-Instructor Tim Bivins give a couple of mouth-watering cooking demos. In this video, vendors and members of the public tell us about their favorite parts of the Market. The "Montpelier Farmers Market" happens every Saturday from May-October (9a-1p) in downtown Montpelier, then every first and third Saturday during the rest of the year at Vermont College.
