There is a lot more blowback power when the firearm is cycling. Chances of injurying the hand and letting go could be a very likely situation.

Grabbing a cycling airsoft gun is not the same. A lot less power cycling the airsoft slide.

you're exactly right, you dont just GRAB th gun, you knock it to one side as you grab it while weaving your head to the other side, to avoid an instinctive trigger pull

if u frikin redirect it and the bloke shoots the shock wave from the gun is gunna screew your ears up man

Krav Maga is all about power with no real defence. a real martial arts who been training for many years will best krav maga any day

I assume the gun is supposed to have a round in the
chamber, if so the guy is dead. It was pointing straight
at his chest when the shooter was supposed to pull.
In regards to moving the slide to make the gun safe,
I've handled glocks, brownings, colts and sigs and in
all cases the action was way too stiff to use that as an
effective defence.....unless of course you pulled the
gun into you and in doing so moved the slide back
the 1/2cm which makes it safe....but who wants to do
that?
