I think the Actress that did this scene won an Oscar award for this performance! The award she won specifically was for Biggest bouncing tits in slow motion & for bad over acting!
Great scene btw!!!

gosh what a nasty film

Yep.. with that big a rack she can totally smash through glass doors. They should make a movie on her! :D

@OUltimodosMoicanos Ha ha ha! Brilliant comment! You only forgot to mention that a Brazilian public hospital would also be dirty and overcrowded, with pregnant women giving birth in the corridors where the melting man pursued the nurse.
Ha ha ha! Brilhante comentário! Você só se esqueceu de mencionar que um hospital público brasileiro também seria sujo e superlotado, com mulheres grávidas parindo nos corredores onde o homem derretendo perseguiu a enfermeira.

she wasn't running in slow mo, she was just a fat bitch

This scene was filmed inside a public hospital in Brazil, after the patient wait for 4 hours by a nurse who only complains about conditions at the hospital and the doctors were wrong to your diagnosis, thinking he was crazy but actually suffered an accident He revolts and leaves into the street to protest, but the incompetent security can not stop him

@phoenixILharabec Sorry to say this but that Melting Man beat you to it. He gave a new meaning to chubby chaser XDDDD

All this scene needs is the song "Chariots of Fire" playing in the background with the nurse running in slow motion before bursting through the door XD
-
She ran through that door like an big ass NFL player.
A lost classic that must be released on DVD.

Oddly, MGM released this on VHS in their Midnight Movies lineup, but left it out of their MM DVD lineup. It's currently out in at least the UK and Germany on DVD (others I don't know yet). Still no R1, sadly.

Pleasing to see more people that appreciate this film's campy appeal, even without the MST3k treatment. I'm long overdo to post more retro horror classic clips from other films...
