@Marksnotebook IF a rapist is proven not guilty by a court he has no crminal record and no penalty to pay. NOT so with a DUI---despite you win your case on a DUI and proven not guilty, you still are penalized by losing your driving privileges...they use "privileges as this way they can sneak around laws---is all corrupt as driving is a right! !! YOU worked hard to pay for your car to go to work daily or travel freely in America yet you are told SHAME ON YOU! Again, corruption runs rampant

@Marksnotebook IF a person refuses to blow or they have a medical condition which shows they were not under the influence by a BAC machine or even by a blood draw later at a hospital and you get your DUI thrown out or are proven NOT guilty, you still lose your license for a 6 month to 1 year period. NOW, is this right? HELL NO! Its all against our constitution! IF for example a thief is caught and he is proven not guilty he has no criminal record and no penalty to pay. NOT so for this!

@Marksnotebook Champaign county is the only one who---if you had for example a DUI which was proven NOT guilty in 1988 for example, that county will still penalize you and NOT to give you court supervision DESPITE the fact it had been over 23 years ago for the offense despite you have been proven not guilty! The state of IL only goes back 20 years to search your records on duis, so it should be good enough for a damn county! Corruption runs rampant in Champaign county!

she said 594 people killed by drunk drivers but that's not entirely correct as some people may be drunk pedestrians who run out in front of cars and a guy who had a drink or or two in a car would be charged. Which is wrong. Also she said 50,000 drunk drivers were arrested but yet only 500 plus killed? VERY small numbers. Social drinkers should be left alone and I can guarantee everyone the stats show most DUIS are first offenders and most were not drunk or refused the BAC. 4th amendment!
