i'm an american, and i've been saying since the summer that ryan miller should start over tim thomas...and no one agreed with me! "tim thomas is the obvious choice! he's the vezina champ!" yes, but he's old and most likely won't play in another olympics. might as well get the starter for the next 2 or 3 olympics starting now.

Devils hockey isn't as boring as you'd think. I mean we win so often and winning is FUN. haha. In all seriousness we're not talent heavy, we do what we can to win games through hard work and patience.

Sleeper move for Brian Burke: Marty Brodeur becomes an American citizen sometime in mid December Marty Brodeur gets us some gold in 2010. yeah....can dream, can't I? Miller has been great this season, he may just work that '96 World Cup magic for us.

Ovechkin should be suspended. He has a propensity for knee on knee hits. Gonchar last year in the playoffs and TWICE this year.
