Thomas B. Stoddard was one of the greatest debaters I have ever heard. Unfortunately because of 'pop culture' and a myopic public, most people will never know of his greatness. I saw him briefly in person and he was never beaten in a television debate. He was fast, dignified and had a machine gun of words and statements for the ignorant. He was a true 'Statesman', and will live on in those of us that were fortunate enough to watch his mind and mouth in action. I hope a documentary is made.
