  • shouldve seen water coming out from manhole

  • When Hurricane Katrina was flooded no one gave a shit and just blamed all those black people for not being able to leave. No such treatment of white people caught in the flood.

Actually, Geroge Bush hasn't done much to help these people either. So Kanye West was half right when he said George Bush doesn't care about black people. George Bush apprently doesn't care about white people either. FEMA doesn't really care about anyone who isn't wealthy.

  • Amazing footage, where you freaking out or what? And to think it took them 5 more hours before they evacuated Normandy drive.

  • yeah the malls are okay..

  • Cedar Rapids: Stop wasting water, this is a serious problem! please conserve water

Based on current usage, Cedar Rapids will be out of water in 3-4 days. That includes water used to fight fires.

Officials are checking on wells now that the water is receding. Currently the city is operating on only one well, 25% capacity.

  • Im from Burlington, Iowa and I lived here for 14 years and I wasn't able to watch the flood here but now I did and the water is still increasing. I heard that they are closing Burlington's and Fort Madison's bridges and they are temporarly closing I80. Some of the water is getting up to the tracks as well as everywhere else and there alot of people trying to sand up the front lines but its not working that well. I went down there again today to take some video and pictures.

  • Guess you missed the double rainbow...

  • circle transition, eh?

i was there two days ago and only dubuque st was closed off. didn't realize it was rising this quickly. yikes.
