hope this comment isn't too late. if you want your panel to last you are going to have to encapsulate them somehow. i've made like 6 or so simuliar to the design you have and all of them are deteriorating entirely too fast. i thought as long as no new air couldn't get into my box holding my panel that it would be alright. i even made it so the cells were put on a piece of paneling so if something happened to the box i could remove and make a new box.the cell only produce 40% now at barley 1 yr
