  • Ah yes!

    Amazing Grace!

  • This wonderful testimony reminds me of my own journey out of the morg. I heard LDS mock folks who would say "praise the Lord" as Elmer Gantry types. (Go ask your mom who that is). Then after I was saved, I discovered the book of Psalms and all the imperatives to "PRAISE YE THE LORD" as my brother here so well states.

    HIS truth is marching on...

  • Sceince or no one has been able to explain why some people ar born this way, but we have agency to overcome these strong carnal desires. You know what i mean.

  • I can tell why he is not happy about Christ´s teachings and authorized servants, just look at him and we can tell why. He´s a good guy he will come around one day. God loves us all.

  • God bless you brother!

  • Grace alone

    Christ alone

    It IS finished

    Praise God with joy forever!

  • Why learn trigonometry, organic chemistry, or learn about the universe and anthropology? Does Christ really elect, call, justify, and glorify us to become co-heirs and share in his glory? If greater works than these shall ye do, will the creator of all things someday share with us how he created? Why did he make us to be a kingdom, priests to His God and Father? My Father is always at his work, but after the johanneum comma he allows some spice to keep the theology debate going. Calv or Arm

  • @maximusjay Not true. LDS love the Bible and accept it as the word of God and are taught to read from it daily. I know very few Mormons who have not read the Bible cover to cover at least once if not many times. The reason I am LDS is because a plain reading of the Bible led me directly to the LDS faith, the same decision which was confirmed through prayer. I know I have a saving relationship with my Lord and Savior. I know I don't have to accept the creeds to define myself as a Christian.

If you are looking into the LDS Church you may want to become familiar with the Bible first. Mormons say they believe in the bible but it is not true. If you point out any contradictions between the Bible and what they teach, they will tell you that the Bible is corrupted. Once you have been in the Church for a while you will learn that they do not believe in the Bible at all. Bottom line is that their "profit" (sic) is the Grand Poobah and what he says trumps the Bible.

  • @mollymu1

He far exceeds the standards of the LDS Church as he has been made perfect through the Blood of Jesus. Through Faith in Jesus he has been made Righteous and it is that Righteousness that is the only Righteousness that can exceed the Righteousness of the Pharisees who followed the letter of the Law, as they who followed the law perfectly died without Grace. You will not understand. You are not Saved by Faith in the Saving Grace of Jesus which is a free Gift that cannot be earned.

  • IF you are looking into the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints be sure to ask a active member not a non member or someone who is having problems at this time in their lives . If you want to know about the Baptist Church go to their site . If you want to learn about us ask us. And ask yourself by the fruit you see.
