TSA Violates by Frisking / Pating Down a 6 Year Old Girl in Public

In this news video put out by ABC, parents touch base on the TSA and how they violated their daughters rights and privacy by demanded the six (6) year old to partake in a public frisking.

We live in a time in which people are evil and are willing to use children to cause harm. The agent seems to be following guidelines in FRONT of the parents. I wonder how much $ the parents are suing for.

@temoc76 as much as this footage discusts me, knowing of some other stories of when children have been used I do see you point Temoc. But there should be some policies in place regaurding children. Maybe have a seperate room where the parents can be there as well, and somebody not so scarry examin them. I give Kudos to the lady who was doing this, because she did look like she was trying to be as gental as she could.

This is absolutely a parents worst nightmare to see their beautiful innocent child subjected to this kind of treatment. Regardless of how professional the tsa agent in question was it is never appropriate to touch any small child in any manner under any circumstances.

Where and when will someone decide that enough is enough? This is simply security kubuki. frisking a child protects no one and at best will give this child a severe trauma. I hope this case will be the catalyst for the tsa downfal

Certainly, if the kid is from U.S.A, they must not touch her; If the child is hispanic or black, They can do what ever they think is right.

@801D012 Really? Lets make it so that if you are not a U.S.citizen then you can't fly.Great idea.Makes your life alot simpler. Haven't seen a car crash in to the pentagon lately.But they do actually have security around those types of places as well in the event they need it. And they can and will search your car prior to entering a secure area when needed. You think the government took out the twin towers or what? What does Arizona have to do with flights. But we do protect those borders too.

1. "An aircraft is a controlled missile." - then the TSA needs to check anyone who operates a motor vehicle.

2. "...apparent after 9/11" - According to families of 911 victims, we don't know the truth about 911.

3. "Being designated a an entry point gives the U.S. the responsibility to defend it!" - Wonderful, go to Arizona and do the responsible thing.

4. "Terrorists boarded aircraft..." - The terrorists were not US citizens.

@Twomidgetsonahorse You would sing a different tune if your own child/husband/mother was killed on the same plane that the little girl carried the bomb for his/her terrorist father strapped to them. Then you come to find out that that child was allowed to bypass security because she was a child. She being used as a mule to detonate the bomb. Killing your family just to allow just that one girl on by.
