Property worth millions of shillings has been destroyed after a fierce fire gutted the Westlands open-air market last evening. Police are yet to establish the cause of the blaze, which is said to have started in one of the stores.
such a coincidence that the fire strategically fell on road side trader in westland hmmmm. how about soem rich corrupt guy just hired thugs to burn poor peoples income up in smoke so he can set shop with a brand spanking new plaza hmmm!!!!! just wondering

it always seems like the firefighterr don't even help .. if only the government can build good building .. for the traders .. coz the ironsheet building don't really help in the case of fire they burn like paper .. . i feel very sorry for the business owners ..

Some people on this forum seem to judge everything.The fire may be normal or maybe started by someone.Lets not be too judgemental. and when I talk I refer to some people who have more gas that they can afford to dish out some tankers away.

Kenya's firefighters are real heros, given the tools at their disposal. i'd say pole sana to those that lost their businesses.
