Say what you want bud, but you'll change your story the first time you're wrecking a building and a homeless guy comes running out of the building at you with a iron bar. no one just has shit luck, everyone who is homeless has made a choice to not try anymore, therefore they deserve no pity.

Because urban property is valuable, and the homeless are worthless. besides, this structure was one step away anyhow, it was part of a rehab clinic.
