I enjoyed the creativity of this version. I do have a comment that I hope will be helpful. I'm the worship leader at my church, and also have a Voice Studio where I train singers. The reason it sounds a bit flat is because this key of E you are doing is too low for you, the lead male singer - the low B is even disappearing. The key of E is fine for a female. If you did it in, say, G, it would have much more sparkle and punch. Hope this helps! Great instrumentals!.

Hey guys: Thank you for your creativity with this song...I shared a video response with you - not sure if it is going to pop up, but your rendition gave us a springboard to run with the U2 idea. Thank you again!

Song well done. It is such a joy to sing to the King and bring joy to Him.
Way to lead the congregation.
P.s. whoever wrote comment to btofan, don't overdo the speaking blessing thing, sometimes a critcal comment can bring a blessing. Take it to heart and keep praising God

@caribbeanguy007 That's not my point. the point is that more churches are going that route.

If you ignore the "comment trolls" they will go away.

@criskerr hey you btofan is right! i heard shurch's using u2 songs for worship! Now where is Jesus mentioned in any U2 songs? 1 where the Fword was used right after it. Bono is even against using U2 songs and music in church. the focus is not on Christ its on the music and the style and the performance. Shame on you!

Bands have bounced off each other for as long as I can remember. As a guitar player, I pickup ideas of style and techniqiue. It's a universal thing in all forms of music. I love "The Edge" and his playing style. I bet he's tickled and flattered we emulate him. Along with that I also search for my own creative style. So, go for it guys. As far as the flatness - I suggest working on miking technique - or mix from the board for your recording.

btofan: your comment is not cool. "if you don't have anything nice to say- don't say anything at all." The most important part of "worshiping Jesus" is our heart. Not judging and speaking life and kind words over others should be our first act of worship.
