I backed Otis Roy, the Pomona Blue Yodeler, for 9 nine years. We played many of the country festivals and fairs in Southern California. Everyone loved Otis his stories and songs, especially me. Otis is in Blues Heaven now. I produced this video and it also features some of my songs. It was videoed by Don Pollack with the help of some of his students. Part 1 includes Jimmie Rogers, "Peach Picking Time in Georgia," a song Otis and I wrote together about Otis meeting Jimmie Rogers at the age of 13 and part 1 ends with one of my songs, Flat Tire Stick-Shifting Broken Transmission Blues.
