It's almost ironic that if this happened today, that the fight would probably get less press than the topic of the skit being about drugs.

thank god for andy kaufman. it was a stupid bit but he turned into a classic one of a kind memory.

was watching this the night it aired. Was always high off smoking reefer, but I didn't really find it all that funny. Maybe more shocking than anything. And I tried never to miss a Fridays, it was much really good comedy. Mark Blankfield always cracks me up. Those were the good old days

i wish i was around during his time, too. i was born two days after he died. i'm just now getting into his work, i think he's incomparable.

I think the funny thing about this is that Im sure all the producers were so pissed at the time because Andy runied the show (Im not sure if tehy were in on the joke too) but its probably the only reason Fridays will ever be remembered.
