Macy's Parade Rehearsal

3:30am Thanksgiving morning! The Great American Marching Band rehearses their stuff in front of Macy's. It was so bright it felt like daytime! We talked the guards into letting us sit on the bleachers. Every band had been told to rehearse several times, and when they were told they were perfect, we were upset we wouldn't get another look at them. Thankfully the director told them they could do it again!

Thanks!  My daugher Sophie is a flute player. This was her second time in it, she had such a wonderful time! Now she is in the marching band at NC State.

i was in the mgamb last year, omg it was like hell waking up at 12:30 am for the show. i got 30 minutes of sleep that night! i'm a dancer so we had to wake up earlier than everyone else, just incase you were wondering why the hell i woke up at 12:30

i wish i could be in the Macy's Thanksgiving day parade someday that would be cool and 1 of the best times ever, maybe someday i can be in it

wow at 4:30.... i never had the opportunity to join my school band since we never had one.. im dying to be part of it Next year but ummmm.. they would never accept me.
