I hope it is. Shannara lore may not be as good as say Lord of the Ring's or the Wheel of Time's, but I love Terry Brook's writing.

Im the standard teen and really dont read much

but i was in Barnes & nobles and i judged this book by its cover...(and the synopsis) and tht actually led to some seriously rewarding reading....
