This is NOT an ERD! Has everyone become stupid recently?! An ERD is a semantic data model. What you show here is called a conceptual data model, I believe. If something has the word 'table' in it or uses 'IDs', it is not a semantic model, it is implementation details. Look up ERD / ERM in wikipedia and compare it to this "tutorial"...

Question: In regards of naming your physical entity, we were taught to "always" use uppercase font. I was wondering how come you didn't?

The use of uppercase for naming tables is becoming more commonplace; however, the use of camel casing (first letter of each word) is also acceptable. I do teach my students to use all uppercase for table names as well; however, I have not had a chance to update the videos.
