You can catch one in either direction at the Girard Avenue stop on the Broad Street Subway.

Girard Avenue is for the green Route 15 PCC II cars. You can get the Kawaski's, the white ones, from the City Hall stop on the BSL, at either Juniper St Station (13th Street) or 15th Street.
