  • @ShroomSamich LOL yeah smoke weed that a help lol

  • cigarettes are the hardest thing to quit, i have constant cravings, im having trouble sleeping, im irritable, shit i have done pills and smoked weed for weeks but this is the hardest to stop but after 3 days im getting better and i am not going to start again fuck tobacco the shit kills and is nasty...my advice smoke weed and only weed if you must

  • My best tip is be aware of the excuse you make in your mind. The only reason you want to grab that cigarette is because your mind makes stupid excuse like "well you can take 1 now, as a reward for not smoking for 2 days" or "come on, its friday, we are having a good time, 1 cig is not going to make a difference". In the end how hard can it be to NOT do something.

  • @ShroomSamich lol smoke weed!

  • i feel dizzy and sick all the time and sometimes get palpertations

  • I have all those symptoms while smoking!

  • drink a lot of water and chew a lot of gum and smoke some weed
