How to Make Scrambled Eggs

This is a video showing you how to make really good scrambled eggs. Remember, the key to tender eggs is by adding WATER!!

Serves: 2
Ingredients:
4 eggs
50ml water
1 tbs vegetable oil
salt + pepper

Directions:
1. add the oil to the frying pan/wok/non-stick pan and heat it over full heat
2. crack the eggs into a bowl along with the water and whisk till there is no pieces of egg yolk visible
3. pour the egg mixture into the pan and use a spatula to constantly stir the mixture till the egg is cooked but still looks moist
4. put the ready scrambled eggs into a plate and add salt and pepper to your liking

*The way I do eggs is I get da pan put butter & ofcorse turn the stove on' thn, I wait. Get my 3 eggs or 2 as much as I want x) lols. & thn put thm in da pan & scramble thm until it's done. At last I jst put Adobo or cheese, or syrup ^_^ Lols.. Thn EAT* -3
