    everyone has different leverages so some people just simply wont get that over exaggerated low catch. Overall squat depth is from hip mobility so lots of stretches for hips, I like to press elbows against knee and sit in squat position maybe have someone help you ext.

    ok guy i got a question

    i want to be like ass to ankle deep in the squat portion of the snatch and clean

    but i aint there yet is there a way to stretch to have the range of motion to achieve a ass to but squat position
