NOTES:
Just testing my Pentax with various shooting configurations and combining that with my first edit in Premiere Pro CS5. Trying to decide if I want to continue shooting with this camera or upgrade to either the T3i or Sony NEX-VG10. Also testing out CS5 exported file size Vs Vegas Movie Studio HD exported sizes. Vegas was 600+ MB (M2T - only workable option) compared to this 176 MB file! And the quality is 75% better. I added the letterbox (black bars) because it just looks cooler.

Very cool.

Try a Neutral Density filter or something so the whites aren't blown out maybe.

I dunno. I personally think the whole digital-as-film is a losing battle. Only the RED has ever gotten close.

On a side note, Big Time directors like James Cameron & sorts are really pushing for cinemas to go to 30 fps as the standard. While there'll be less blurring & fewer headaches in the theatre, it will officially end the original age of cinema. 1st digital, now 30 fps. #ChangeIsInevitable #Progress

My dream is to buy a Pentax KX. As long as no money for that. Unfortunately, there is often a good tool in bad hands. Have to use what is available.

Dont upgrade to T3i or nex vg10. If u want to upgrade, get a Canon 5d Mark II. And try Sony Vegas PRO 11. It is better than premiere, i think. :) good job though!
