@ACatal1 Listen to your body, and don't panic. I am becoming this total hippie at this point, but natural solutions are usually the best. The orthopedic soles saved my husband's life. Many people have "structural faults" in their spines and movements and these are easily remedied by simple, basic prostheses. Podiatrists in France can be licensed to study body movement and to make these soles. It's wonderful, and not expensive at all! Foot care is considered important here.

@slobomotion Thanks for giving me great infos, I'll try that, too.

Hi - How about some footage of Madame Bouradan in action...that would be awesome

@ACatal1 We do not have food stamps here, and the food banks close during warm weather. A third of the French who qualify for Welfare do not claim it -- they are too proud. Socialism is good & I am proud to live in the city where Communism was born. Americans have been brainwashed because they are/were for workers' rights. Check out the Wikipedia page for the movie THE FRENCH CONNECTION and then click on the story for the real French Connection. The US govt did it in 1930. Disgusting!

@ACatal1 A cramp or muscle pain is generally a buildup of toxins. To some extent it is normal. If you have pain, that is your body's way of saying SOMETHING is not right. Don't panic of course, but try to figure it out. You might need orthopedic shoe inserts, for example. My spouse's mother lost weight during the pregnancy and did not have folic acid so he was born with scoliosis -- also myopic cuz not breast fed. He really suffered but I sent him for the shoe inserts & it helped. xo

@ACatal1 Hm. It won't hurt you to eat some fresh ginger. I get terrible muscle cramps myself sometimes, and I can take a pill for it but it's potentially addictive! (I've been warned.) I might be crazy but I take cold baths and showers, or tepid ones. The Kniepp method is free on the 'net -- MY WATER CURE. xo
I like your candid videos about your neighborhood or Paris. It's nice to see a piece of daily life there. Makes me want to travel even more!

@araya1 I like "slice of life" videos, too. I'm always curious about the areas in which people live. I can understand if they don't want to show their domicile interiors or location, but I like to see their neighborhood. xo!

I REALLY ENJOYED touring beautiful Saint Denis with ya good buddy,....i wondered why you filmed in black&white,...overcast day,....the Bouradan bakery sounds COOL,....people formin' in line,...sounds much like here a coupla years ago, back to the 80s, from the 90s onward modernization, yay(frowns)! Madam Bouradan sounds very eccentric this lady, 90 years old huh,whew,...and ya got a KFC, how's the fried chicken there, i'm a fried chicken junkie,...lol...take care and BONNE FÉTE dear Lisa!! =D

@qualqui Thank you, honey! The chicken there is inedible! I do better at the local Halal place but shouldn't eat poultry, anyway, makes me sick. My spouse is terrified of and in awe of old Madame Bouradan! She could be used as a political weapon of mass destruction! France could say, watch out, or we shall send her to get you if you don't shape up! She is as mean as the day is long and I have seen her reduce old ladies to tears, forcing them to buy bread they do not need! It's awesome!
