It's a Chinese Lantern. It looks to be moving very fast because the helicopter is circling it and the background is moving but the lantern is almost stationary. I have seen many of these lanterns go up and it is easy to understand how they will be mistaken for "alien" craft. I am very open minded about UFOs but not this one.

@Geistertramper Only problem is, Aliens are Real, UFO are real, and nothing you say can disprove this, Thousands have seen the Spaceships, Thousands have already been contacted, and even 98% of the world governments admit Life exists elsewhere, and some countries even released cases of aliens where military agents were sent to document the happening. Anyway You will see with you own eyes oneday, dont worry, maybe someday soon you will see for yourself, just know they exist :)

@Ufohunter my friend: radar can locate objects of a few millimeters ! from a distance 10-20 kilometers !! cmon ...its the age of wikipedia. you have to bring better arguments..and by the way IT IS A SKYLANTERN - Zudem lassen sich auch sehr kleine Objekte mit Radar anmessen, die minimale Erfassungsgröße liegt bei ein paar Millimetern auf 10-20km.

You can see that there's an illumination only at the bottom of it, and it appears to be a pillar, if you stop the video near the middle you'll see that it covers the lights behind it.
