do no other chocolate companies do this? Poor Nestle are always the ones to bare the brunt and get boycotted!! Anyway it seems that as Soulmamma67 has pointed out that this campaign has been won so I for one will be eating kitkats with a clean conscience

This ad was made for Greenpeace Australia, was used very effectively to get a law passed call the "truth in labelling" law, and a committment from Nestle and other brands to not use Palm Oil. Backed big time and pushed by our zoos. No longer is "vegetable oil" acceptable on products. They MUST state what type of vegetable. Caused all sorts of grief with Indonesia/Australia relations..... Their foreign minister had a lot to say about it at the time. As with everything. Google and learn the truth.

Some of you people do realize these very companies are actually planting even more palm trees then in the past to keep up with palm oil demands? The whole tree isn't used anyway,just the pods. Good job on the free commercial for nestle,time to hop in the destruct-o-environmental mobile to the gas station for a kit-kat.
