Hi Tara, I am definitely going to do yoga now! I was wondering if you could help me though. I'm 19, a vegetarian and pretty healthy already but I have severe abdominal pain everyday any advice or poses that might help? It is basically permanent PMS which the doctors cannot find a cause or cure for. The pain starts around my bellybutton and goes all the way down. At the end of the video you said you have more advice on yoga cures but I cannot seem to find that?! Hope to hear back from you!

Hey Hun - I love your videos!
I stopped yoga recently when the clocks went back when I was hit with a massive bout of SAD - the first time for me, so it was a big one and took a long time to figure it out and get back to normal - anyhow I started up again last week (YAY!) but now I've hurt my big toe (BOOO!), not by doing yoga, I dropped a mirror on it! I don't want to fall into the 'I can't' trap again so what poses should I attempt/avoid? eg. Archer pose is defo out! what can I trade instead?

Hi, I was wondering if there was any particular yoga moves that will help strengthen my lower back. I have moderate scoliosis and I deal with pain daily. It's frustrating and it keeps me from doing many things. I'd love to know what would truly help.

First off... Love your new commercial with Ryan Reynolds. What was it like to work with him?
Okay... Here's my official question: Sometimes my legs get numb/tingle-ie when I'm holding a pose. I try to breathe into that pose, but how does a yogi 'breathe' into the pose, or how does a yogi not get numb/tingle-ie.
Thank Tara!
Namastiles.

Oh Tara! Your approach to watching thoughts like clouds is exactly the same thing that I do, and what I use to guide people in class. So glad to see it makes sense for more people than myself :)

@crossan5 his talk on welcoming 2012 was great...so helpful! :)
Hi Tara! Thank you so much for your videos and books. You are super inspirational and knowledgeable, while also down to earth and very relatable. Please never stop your vlogs.
My question is: I want to start practicing yoga every morning at home before I leave for work. I know you've said it's best not to eat before yoga, but does the same count for juices? Is it best to drink green juice before yoga? Or do my practice first and then drink up? Thanks so much!

@goldinmk i would wait to eat or drink. water is fine. . do your yoga. .and then enjoy your juice. .but never skimp yourself on the water :) hope that helps!

Hi Tara, I have been injuring my tail bone a lot lately. I do back bends and forward bends in order to relieve some of the pain, but I don't think it's helping a lot with the healing process. My question is, are there any poses, or is there a sequence you can show everyone that can aid in faster recovery and/or possibly strengthen the tail bone area?

@Silverstarlightt how did you hurt it in the first place?

Hello there.
I actually can manage my insomnia way better since I started with yoga, however I do still think that pharma products do have a value for severely ill people or as emergency remedie (sounds stupid but when I do have full blown migraine, I'd take a sleeping pill over yoga anytime). But Yoga sure is one of the best ways to prevent such severe problems from the start, which is always better than treating symptoms.
