what size prop r u using??
i have the same boat and it came with a 265 so i bought a 280 but haven't used it yet... if you dont know, take your prop off and look at the markings on the prop....

nice boat im working on a 4ft 25cc boat and i just water tested it in my tub the back leaks alot what did you use for the drive shaft so it does not leak???
