Pakistan Flag Hoisted in Assam - India Launches Propaganda

"Supposedly", a Pakistan-flag has been hoisted in Assam India. Not that its bad thing for Pakistan but the circumstances surrounding this seem quite suspicious.

1. Those video-taping the hoisting of the flag somehow didn't record those who were doing thus at the time.. Strange indeed.

2. Does this sound like another Indian Army staged drama like faking the killing of Pakistani soldiers & 'intruders' in Jammu & Kashmir for greed of gallantry awards? YES

3. Does it sound like an another bad Indian attempt to simply blame Pakistan-ISI & Bangladesh-HUJJI for everything that happens in India instead of looking for 'real' & 'indigenous' causes of unrest? YES
