THE MASTER CYCLE - BLUE BELT STRIPE 1 CURRICULUM by UKGJJ

This is a demonstration of ALL the Gracie Academy Blue Belt Stripe 1 Curriculum from the Master Cycle ® program. Once you have mastered all the Gracie Combative techniques and received your officially certified Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Blue Belt, the journey continues.

As well as mastering the Gracie Combative techniques here is a video demonstrating ALL of the technical portion you will have to master in order to get your 1st Stripe on your Blue Belt. You will also have to demonstrate your ability to spar: a) With Gi b) No Gi c) Fight Simulation.

the groundwork is excellent ,ive bought many of this series and didnt think I had much to learn after 15 yrs grappling,i was pleasantly surprised.The 2 lads are the best coaches in person or online ive ever seen. Better than the other gracies IMO and ive trained at renzos and rogers a fair bit.Do you guys actually spar with gloves on or is it just grappling after blue belt.
