  • dj: i'm a huge fan of ur vids; could you possibly find and upload the early Wilma vids, the ones where the pressure was under 890? Also, TS Zeta coverage if you can find it. Much appreciated!

  • Hey thanks alot I really appreciate that!! Unfortunetly I don't have footage of the early stages of Wilma because I was still without cable from Hurricane Katrina...and I didn't record any footage of the Greek alphabet storms becuase I was really busy with work at the time...sorry!!

  • Just so u know I deleted my old account Dinosawr101, but what I said was true and I didn't mention that alot if trees were snapped so my family helped clean up a bit

  • Hurricane Wilma, that was a fun storm. I was really little and while my mom slept through the whole entire storm on the couch, we were playing board games and with Barbie dolls, but everytime thunder came roaring along my sister would go and cry.

We also had a tornado that destroyed a church very near our house sadly.

  • I lived through this Hurricane in Hollywood, Fla and was without power for two weeks and remember the early times we had to be inside our homes each night for more than a week due to the damage and debris everywhere. After much debating I remember hearing that the final report for Wilma was that it was a Category 3. At one point one report said a four , but had been downgraded a bit. Never the less it was a nightmare to live through.

  • i was in the eye of this. the back side of this hurricane was brutal

  • just watch what it did to Cancún... it was the hardest hit ever recorded on Mexican shores by then and this monster was almost C5 before leaving to FL.

  • Had Wilma been in Katrina's place, the damage and destruction would have been much worse.

  • oh ma men this is the most harsh in atlantic

and many can remember this storm

  • but its max winds were 185 mph and pressure at 882 mbs
