The road to becoming a black belt is long... it takes years, lots of hard work, lots of sore muscles, and lots and lots of broken boards... but it's a very rewarding experience...
TaeKwonDo is from Korea. Tae meaning legs or kick, Kwon meaning hands or fist, Do meaning "way of life".

awesome. i'm in tae-kwon-do and i think those lil kids r better than me. those r some tallented kids. i wish i started at that age.
