this would be a good ride to perform a stunt on as the boat went down the waves two guys could stand on it to see if they could continue to stand .

@MyGypsyTears Yes, They are indeed required by various municipalities (towns, cities, counties) for a park to have a license/permit to be in operation. There are no national guidelines/codes involving these things but most local municipalities do require them. Trust me on this one ;-)

@MyGypsyTears but so we're all on the same page, these kids were stupid for getting out of their seat belt... they are really very important and should be worn. They really should have been removed from park for their stupidity. They could have very easily hit a rapid and fallen out and perhaps drowned.

@lazynetjunkie Actually the seat belt thing is usually not required anywhere. Parks add seat belts on their own for their own safety and for the comfort of their guests. I lot of manufactures don't actually include seat belts unless requested by the company their installing a ride for. just... so ya know...

@pisnimbus89 You behaviour clearly shows you don't understand the rule of this ride. You're in an American park. English is the language of America. That stunt should have had you thrown out of the park.
