Craig Hosking lands and takes off inverted in his dual-landing-gear Pitts, "Double Take", at the Sussex (NJ) Airshow in 1987.
You'll see Craig's name in the credits of almost every movie.

Probably easier than landing right way up.............at least inverted in a Pitts you can see :)

Craig is also is an excellent helicopter pilot, his father owned Hosking Helicopters in Utah and grew up around all things wingy. Once while carrying a film crew, he had to put down inside a live volcano on the Big Island of Hawaii and as his two passengers tried to climb out(couldn't) he went back down to the damaged helicopter to jury rig his radio to call for help all while choking in the poisonous gas clouds. He was rescued first and help coordinate the rescue of the others the next day.

Thanks for the story. I've also seen Craig perform with a helicopter at the Sussex, NJ, Airshow. I also tell people that if they watch the credits on every movie, they'll see Craig's name at least half the time!
