  • @walldodger1969 well what I got is from the history book and economic books. In fact the depression in 1890 was not a bad as great depression. In great depression industrial out put was force to be reduced to rise prices but striking money supply was the reason was price was falling. and before FDR Smoot-Hawley Traiffs was passed cause unemployment go from 7.8 to 23.6. I even give quote about the level of uncertainly cause from the government.

  • got all wrong about why great depression was so bad. It because government started get involved into economy cause toxic environment for investors. WW2 help break down that toxic environment. in 1970's foreign good became treat to American goods and change face American economy.
