can you tell me why you use diffrent bags? I have a speedbag but it's size L but is a size smaller better for hitting fast ?

@yaboipapi Hey bro! I been playing on the bag since I was kid in the 70s The trick hits started 2004 ,and for hitting the small bag is ok not idea for making it your reg work out bag, i think the small medium or just a reg meb bag would be much better.
