Built parking places they costed some money so maybe ok a fee (for 1 year...), but roadside parking places... back free!! Our roadsides back free from tolls and taxes, like in the very old days, who come first uses the spaces, the others,,,tough, no matter rich or poor, resident commuter who cares, order and efficience here it's just another excuse for local governments and private powers to make moe money on the driving citizen
