  • why are you so worried about being 140ibs ? you were so much bigger and have lost so much weight i cant understand why you get so freaked about being 140ibs ? the trouble is when people get on the loosing weight waggon they become so self obsessed i think what you have done is great but pleased dont loose your head you were such a nice person in your original videos i am not saying your not now but self obsession is difficult to see when its you

  • While I understand what you're trying to say, I think there was probably a much less insulting way to get your point across. The reason I freak out about 140 really isn't about the number at all, it's about an old trend of losing weight and then gaining it back and ignoring that when I see it on the scale. I'm comfortable and healthy where I am at, so I get nervous when the scale starts creeping up. After spending my entire life battling the scale, it's not easy to be casual about numbers.

  • your shirt is really cute! where did you get it?

  • Thanks! I got it at Burlington Coat Factory. I can usually find some really cute things there :)

  • meaning...i didnt know it was your video :) nice change

  • LOL - thanks! And glad you stopped by even though you didn't recognize me!

  • and dont forget you are incharge of your life not the scales

  • you are miss understanding me i wasnt being insulting all i am saying is relax you look fabulous and have accomplished a lot getting worried about the scales everyday is replacing one prison for another all i was saying was just relax you are a lovely person and dont loose sight of that coz its really easy to become this self obsessed person what your really worried about is slipping into your old body but thats not gonna happen all the time you dont let it so just relax

  • I have big shoes! I cannot go out and buy shoes. It will probably next year when I do.

I do not have the issues once a month since I am 62. I know that at times I can eat a salad like it was going out of style.

I chop a lot of interesting fresh vegetables for my salads. And, then again...three salads in a row down the disposal with just a few bites.

    Such a waste.

I do have those two to three bite meals. Yes, it is horrid.

I still make big meals to feed a family of five.

    Linda
