The Tigers were in New York to play the Yankees on this night, the broadcasters are the legendary George Kell and Al Kaline.

Commercials here are for Perry Drug Stores and Big Boy Restaurant. Then George Kell announces the Budweiser Player of the Game is Cecil Fielder.

Following a national spot for Michelob Dry there is a Citzens Insurance commercial featuring Tigers radio announcer Ernie Harwell. Finally there is a promotional ad for the Equitable Old Timers game at Tiger Stadium on Sunday, August 19, 1990.
