Back in 2005. I played McDonalds Monopoly online and would have won, but the video seemingly locked up and the response I received to my emails and phonecalls was unanimously "No, you didn't roll that." I don't go to McDonalds anymore. They owe me either a Playstation 2, a PSP, or a Digital Camera.
I called them and this is the email I received:

Thank you for contacting technical support for the Monopoly Best Chance Game 3.0 at McDonald's.
We have reviewed your game play for Game Piece Code 2FWH6CJ8NL.
When this code was played your starting position was Tennessee Avenue.
The roll was a 4 and a 5 bringing you to Ventnor Avenue. This ended your game play for that Game Piece Code.
You entered a valid code, but weren't able to roll or view the outcome of your dice roll. The system would have still recorded your game play and board position.
The next time you log on to www.playatmcd.com, your game board should show the properties you've collected.
If the interrupted game play was a winning play, the system's failsafe procedure would have automatically generated and sent a prize email to you.
Thank you again for playing the Monopoly Best Chance Game 3.0 at McDonald's.

Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for replying to me in regards to my questions about my Monopoly game. There are a couple things that I believe you may have misunderstood. Firstly, I did have a chance to roll the dice. The result was two ones, which gave a result of two, in doubles. Secondly, I could see the gamepiece, the shoe, begin to move around the board. It was at this point that a problem occurred. The shoe did not stop at "Free Parking," which it should have after two jumps, but instead continued on around the board. It did not stop.
I can send to you, through email, several screenshots that I took of the piece continually moving around the board, using the "PrtSc/Sys Req" button on most computer keyboards. This button is to visual screenshots as the "Copy" function is to text. Also, I have two thirty second videos taken with my digital camera of this occurring that I will send if you would like. Both these and the screenshots all show very clearly that I rolled a two, not a four, as you had mentioned in your email.
As well, I am not entirely sure as to how you have come about that I rolled a five during my second roll. I did not, at any point, click on the "Click to Roll the Dice" button a second time, because my shoe never
came to a stop. I cannot see how I would have then rolled a five, unless, of course, the rolls are pre-determined, which I hope is not the case.
I await your response to this. Thank you very much. James Mills
