Jake Davis

My best buddy Jake passed away unexpectedly last night. Part of my being has just been ripped away, and I don't know how I'll sleep without my teddy bear.

I loved Jake very much, too. I pray that you will be given the gift of dreamless sleep tonight. I am always here for you.

I believe that dogs are eternal like humans. There is a movement called "Rainbow Bridge" that explains this idea that we will see them again in God's time. Look it up on the Net, and also a group "Pet Loss" which has many comforting things.

"Old Shep" is a little too emotional for me to listen to it now, but I do love love the poem "The Little Dog Angel".
