Town Spirit - Befriend Sebastian & speak to him in his bedroom.

The Bride - Befriend Chris & speak to her inside her house.

Spring Song - Buy from Van Chp 2 or later.

Quiet Winter - Inside your shelf at the beginning of the game.

Breeze - Inside your record player in the beginning of the game.

Marine Jazz - Befriend Griffin & speak to him in his room.

Butterfly - Befriend Marlin & speak to him when he visits the waterfall during a Van's day.

Joy of Fall - Befriend Mukumuku & speak to him during Winter.

Winter HM - Befriend Kate & speak to her when she's inside her bedroom during chp 4 or later.

Flowerbud Fall - Befriend Rock & play Milk Drinking contest with him some times, speak to him when he is inside his bedroom.
