I found Lita's massage clips roughly a year ago and they are an absolute god send!!! I think watching a good massage can sometimes be even better than getting one yourself. In my final year of university when revision was stressing me out, I would watch some of Lita's massage's and miraculously feel soothed. I am forever indebted to this woman.
