I strongly believe ,he deserves a chances,he made mistake , but he did a good for NY City crime rate went down, drugs dealers was ambush ,the streets become safer, thanks to Guiliany and him, basicaly he stand up with NY on sep 11 he unleach all of the officer to make unsure our safety, i recommand housse arrest, because prison will not be a safe place fo him because he send some many criminal in jail please support him by calling the judge and ask for liniency for him.
