Sim Tower - 5 Stars - Then TOWER Status

My completed tower, just after I passed 5 stars and got the TOWER status. Took me a bit of time. Watching it in high quality might be better. 100 Total Floors, 30 Full floors from side to side of restaurants, offices, condos, cinemas, and ball rooms. 1 Cathedral, 6 Recycling centers, 4 security center, tons of parking. 24000+ population. I filmed the wedding in the cathedral, but did not put it on here.

I recently got the game again, but I can't get past the 3 stars. I got a populaton of 4000 but I can't build any more elevators. -.-

And if I delete some elevators, everything will turn yellow and red.
