The STM5 Motor Unit is capable of twisting up to 1.25'' cold. The HPG2B embossing unit attaches to the STM5 Motor Unit and will emboss and texture material. It is a very fast way to quickly add value to metal. The unit allows for quick tool change by utilizing a ring plug-in system. It also has double driven shafts which allows you to emboss two sides at once. The machine also incorporates a vertical and horizontal straightening device for straightening the material as it feeds through the machine.Operations possible:Square material up to 1’’ x 1’’Flat material up to 3/8’’ x 2’’Round material up to 1’’Tubes up to 2’’ x 2’’
